  • If you’re a fan of Facebook, you’ll be seeing and hearing a lot more music soon.  Facebook has just launched a major music initiative including pages from your favorite artists.  iLike also expanded its music fan site with 150,000 artist pages.
  • Love the Eagles but hate Wal-Mart? The retail gian may be the only “official place to buy their new CD, but never fear.  Thanks to the good old laws of supply and demand, the new Eagles CD found its way into other retailers.  The Eagles topped the charts last week selling 750,000 units; almost 3 times the Britney debut. (There is a God.)
  • Indie music download heaven eMusic hit 350,000 subscribers and added several cool labels.
