We’re not commenting on the legality of Russian site Tagoo, and we’re sure the record labels are already calling their lawyers. Officially is an mp3 search engine, but its real purpose is clear.

Via a simple interface (most in Russian but its so easy to use that it doesn’t matter) Tagoo allows you to search for and find almost any song available as a freemp3 free anywhere on the net. Type in a song or band name and n often long list of choices pops up including information on the quality and origin of each recording, what album and buttons that allow you to listen to the track, download it, share it in a playlist or more.

Tagoo is an easy and safe alternative to Limewire and PirateBay for discovering music.
