Mine freezes too sometimes, but not when I’m uploading music… When I try to shut it down, the display keeps showing “Shutting down” untill the battery is dead :/ annoying ’cause then I have to live 24 hours without my music! Aargh!
But apart from that, I love my mp3!

i have owned my zen v plus for about 20 months. i find it easy to use and it’s a great size as well. since i don’t like dealing with itunes, it has been a welcome alternative. i have had one recurring problem. while it is supposed to hold 2 gb of data, if i try to fill it past 1.5 gb, it freezes up every time as i’m downloading my music. then i have to wipe the drive clean and start over. that part is frustrating.
