Almost unknown are the iriver E100 Series Multimedia Players. They use MicroSD disks that can be transferred between other compatible devices like the iPods or many new cell phones. The E100 features a built-in speaker, line-in recording, FM radio with recording, voice recording and 8GB of internal memory.
The player received average reviews from users. The biggest complaint was that the firmware was a little slow. The player is also available in Brown, Sky Blue, Pink and White.

The black Griffin Tempo Armband Case for iPod Shuffle is looking sleek and cool. The band is flexible enough to have a nice workout and is machine washable. There have been some complaints that the iPod might slip off during excessive movement but all in all it’s a safer place to put the Shuffle rather than wearing it clipped to your shirt.

The world’s smallest MP3 Player just got a little brighter with the second generation Apple iPod Shuffle – Green. It may be small but don’t overlook this baby cause it packs a punch. I’ve heard complaints that the shuffle could use a better button function but hey unless you have tiny fingers getting small like this is going to have it’s issues. Overall everyone seems to love the shuffle so it’s well worth the money.

The producers of the popular video game “Rock Band” have announced today that they have obtained exclusive rights to The Beatles music for a new video game.
I for one am really excited to see that one of my favourite bands is still living strong into the next digital generation.

If you are like me and want to have the display feature on your MP3 Player than opt for the still affordable Creative Zen Stone Plus. It’s available in black, blue, white and pink. The Plus has the built in speaker, clip and track display. It also has a resume feature – so if you are listening to podcasts you can simply stop/turn off/ turn back on and resume where you left off. Don’t expect much in sound quality but it is as expected for a lightweight MP3 Player.
