The concept is great but it has a few quirks. Because it has to be positioned outside of the ear it gives a slight squeeze on the temple area which might be a problem for people who suffer from migraines. Also, I found that the volume had to be turned up to the maximum just to listen at a good level. Audio Bone thankfully have already addressed this issue by supplying amplifiers that can be purchased in addition with the headset.
