Hotels Now Ready For Digital Music
I have to admit that I haven’t travelled much in the almost 7 years since I got married but this past year, we’ve just been on the go. In the last 60 days, I’ve been to Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Toronto and Montreal and something I’ve noticed is that more and more hotel rooms are equipped with docks for iPods or other digital music players (I’ve noticed it at Toronto’s Holiday Inn on King and the ultra-modern Alt hotel outside of Montreal). It’s incredible, when you think about it since not that many hotels that I’ve been to had traditional stereo systems but, when you think about it, our little mp3 players make life so much more… customizable. If we go on vacation for an anniversary, for example, we don’t need to remember to bring a CD player and a bunch of discs, instead, we just have to make sure the hotel has a dock and we can load up on hundreds of those romantic love songs our wives (or husbands or partners) love so much…
I’m still on the road (actually typing this somewhere in Wisconsin) so, I’m sorry if posting is a little slow.
