AT&T Mobile Adds eMusic’s 2 Million Indie MP3 Tracks

by bhoughton on July 31st, 2007

If you’re an AT&T mobile customer and like indie music, today is you’re lucky day. AT&T has just added eMusic’s catalog of more than 2 million indie label tracks to its over-the-air download offerings. And best of all, these tracks come free of any DRM or other restrictions.

Att&T eMusic

You won’t find hits songs from major labels here. But if your tastes are a bit more eclectic, tracks purchased from eMusic Mobile are immediately sent to the your wireless handset (not all are compatible) with a duplicate copy available for download to your PC at no charge. AT&T customers can subscribe to download five racks a month for $7.49 (higher than eMusic’s $9.99 for 30 songs direct to PC offering) and additional packages of five songs are available for the same price whenever desired.

More in a press release here.
