How To Add SeeqPod Song Search To iPhone, iTouch Or Computer

One of our favorite ways to find music on the net, Seeqpod crawls the web like a Google for tunes and quickly returns searches of artists or songs.

A separate company, Songbeat has even written a little piece of software that lets you (and this is a legally gray area) download what your listening to on Seeqpod.  (Download it free here)

You can use your computer to instantly search for music on Seeqpods front page, but now they’ve also created a “button” that for iPhones and the iTouch that  enables  the same easy access. Here are the instructions:

• In order to create your webclip bookmark, simply point your browser to seeqpod.com and then click on the + sign (plus/add sign) in the middle of the browser bar at the bottom of your iPhone screen.
• See the bookmarking menu?
• Now, touch ‘Add to your home screen’.
• SeeqPod’ will appear; click the blue ‘Add’ button, and this should add the SeeqPod icon to your home screen. Now you can arrange the icons on your home screen in any order you want by touching the icons, and dragging them to the location you desire.
